By uploading videos to our Service, you confirm that you have the necessary rights to use, share, or modify the content. Stubborn AI LLC is not responsible for verifying user rights, and you are responsible for any violations of intellectual property rights or other legal issues related to your uploaded content.

By using our Service, you acknowledge and agree that:

    • Service improvement and performance optimization

  • We will maintain appropriate security measures to protect your content

10. Refund Policy

Credit purchases are non-refundable once credits have been used to process videos. You may request a refund under the following conditions:

  • Unused credit packs: Request a refund within 14 days of purchase if no credits from the pack have been consumed.
  • Auto-recharge top-ups: Request a refund within 14 days of an automatic top-up if you have not used the credits added by that top-up.
  • Service failure: If our Service fails to process your video due to a technical issue on our end, credits used will be automatically refunded to your account.

To request a refund, contact our support team at paul@videobgremover.com with your order details. Refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

11. Third-Party Services

Our Service may integrate with third-party platforms such as YouTube, TikTok, and others. By using the Service, you agree to comply with the terms of these platforms.

12. Managing Third-Party Account Access

If you choose to link your accounts (e.g., Google, TikTok, etc.), you grant us permission to access certain data. You can manage or revoke access at any time by visiting your account settings on the relevant platform.

14. Entire Agreement
